Wolfie flips the script on the typical tale of the bitter ex and  brings truth to the saying, "No matter how hot he is, someone out there is sick of dealing with his shit", with her new single “Better Than Me”, featuring fellow UK up & comer, Nadia Rose.

Recognizing that her ex's new girl is just another victim to his lies and deceptive ways, Wolfie directs her frustration at her stagnant ex, as she captures the reality of life after a rocky relationship. Assuring him that 'it's not her, it's him', Wolfie sings the compulsive chorus, "Think she's better than me / Perfect days so sweet but she don't know nothing / It's just honeymoon / She seems better than me / But she can't quite see she's filling the nothing / Like I used to do...".

 

Backed by pulsating electronic production, Wolfie’s futuristic vocals + clear narrative alongside Nadia Rose’s resilient bars, make for a powerful collaboration  and overall addictive track. After 8 months of silence since her explosive EP, 8 Ball, I'm hoping this single is preparing us for a sophomore EP from the cosmic rising songstress.
